“ The experience at Shiro ramen is an authentic one. The only point I needed to deduct was from atmosphere, only because the chairs aren't the most comfortable. But it was really good otherwise, I would have really enjoyed being able to sit up at the bar they do look like there is a space for it. I got the Fuji ramen and dumplings on the side. The broth was delicious, the service was on point I felt like my needs were being met before I knew I had them. It did really feel like a respectful dining experience. I would absolutely come again and try more of their dishes. The Fuji ramen was a bit expensive, but you could tell they put a lot of work into their broth and seasonings. I've tried many different ramen places, some more expensive some less expensive. This one was the best. I recommend it. ”

“ The best ramen place in Hamilton. Really happy to have found this place, I've been to a lot of ramen spots in Hamilton and this one is by far the best. Prices are good and not overly expensive, you get a lot for what you pay for. Staff is friendly and nice and give amazing service. The noodles are so fresh and they taste homemade. The meat in the ramen is always good and tender, and the egg tastes really good too. Everything here is good! I recommend the Fuji ramen. ”

“ I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is phenomenal! I love the thick ramen noodles and the eggs are just awesome. And the gyoza is fantastic. The chicken teriyaki Gohang is probably my favorite. The owner(s) are always super friendly and kind and the food comes out super fast. 10/10 would recommend any day. ”

“ Delicious bowls of ramen and classic sides offered in a warm and inviting setting. Dishes here have a real "homey" feel to them. They have offerings you'd expect of most ramen shops like tonkotsu, takoyaki, gyoza, etc.. and some not so common like jiro style ramen. The ramen was good - prepared with care, well balanced and each component cooked excellently - but the real standouts for me were some of the sides. The Karaage and Takoyaki were both some of the best I've every had and I would come back simply to devour a couple servings of those! Service is very kind, friendly, and attentive. Seems to be a family run spot and it seems like they really take pride in their dishes and catering to the needs of their customers. Absolutely recommend for any Ramen fan! ”
